Sterling grew up on ranches in Southern Idaho and Southwest Montana. He has spent his entire life on a horse. He has worked on cow calf operations, in feedlots, and has learned the value of a nice horse along the way. Sterling enjoys spring brandings, roping yearlings and attending ranch rodeos. His last couple years have been at the Dragging Y Cattle Company in Horse Prairie, Montana.
