Cody Sheridan was raised on a family ranch in western Montana. Coming through the ranks of junior and high school rodeo Cody competed as a header in the team roping and in the calf roping, after making the high school finals in the heading Cody rodeoed for NorthWest College in Powell, WY and for the University of Montana, Cody has gone on to become a contender for several seasons in the Montana Circut as a Tie-down roper and continues to start colts for performance disciplines, make rope horses and solid versatile mounts for ranch work. Horses are the center of his way of life, a prized possession, loyal companions, and tools to carry out daily life on a cow/calf operation. Cody continues to work and develop the livestock breeding programs on a legacy ranch, focusing on Angus cattle and cow horse bloodlines.
