Bidding Options & Requirements
To ensure a smooth and fair buying experience for all participants, the following bidding options and requirements apply. Please review carefully prior to sale day.
WYO Ranch Horse Sale reserves the right to refuse bids from anyone.
Bidding In Person (At the Auction)
Buyers planning to bid in person must:
• Be present at the WYO Ranch Horse Sale on sale day
• Provide a valid driver’s license to obtain a bidder number
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Provide a bank letter or verification of deposit (appreciated)
If submitting a bank or financial institution letter, please have it mailed to:

Online & Phone Bidding
Buyers wishing to bid online or by phone must:
Register with Superior Productions a minimum of 5 days prior to the auction
Complete registration at: bid.superiorlivestock.com
Meet all buyer verification requirements set by Superior Productions
Bank Letter or verification of deposit will be required.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A 3% BUYERS PREMIUM FOR PHONE & ONLINE WINNING BIDS THAT WILL BE ADDED TO BUYERS INVOICE.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment Options & Terms
To ensure a smooth and timely settlement process, please review the following payment options and deadlines based on your bidding method.
On-Site Buyers (In-Person at the Auction)
Buyers attending and bidding in person may pay using the following methods:
Cash
Check (buyer must be registered with the WYO Ranch Horse Sale office on sale day)
Checks Made Payable to: Clark Management Company Inc.
Credit Card
• 3.5% convenience fee on Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
• 4% convenience fee on American Express
• Payment is due at the conclusion of the sale.
Remote Buyers (Online or Phone Bidding Through Superior Livestock Auction)
Remote buyers will receive an invoice following the auction. Once the invoice is received, payment may be made using one of the following options:
Bank Wire Transfer (Preferred Method)
Wire must be received by Monday at 12:00 Noon (MST) immediately following the sale
Wiring instructions will be included with the invoice
Wiring instructions may also be sent directly to your bank contact upon request (please provide contact name and email)
Credit Card
• 3.5% convenience fee on Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
• 4% convenience fee on American Express
• By paying with a credit card, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final and waives the right to any return of the horse and/or refund of monies paid in connection with a purchase from Clark Management Company, Inc.
Additional Information
Clark Management Company, Inc. is a pass-through agency and does not hold funds for guarantees, returns, or refunds of monies paid on animals purchased at auction.
