Clayton Galloway grew up on his family’s cattle ranch in Ten Sleep, Wyoming. From a young age he started his own colts for work, finishing them as broke ranch horses. As he grew older, he left home to work for various cattle operations in Wyoming and Montana, expanding and diversifying his skills in cattle management and ranch horse training. Today his experiences, perspectives, and broad skill sets make him a valuable asset in the ranching world. Although he enjoys his cows and work as a cowboy, his love has always been for the horses, saying, “A cow is just a tool to make my horses better.” He currently works for himself on his own cattle ranch outside of Manderson, Wyoming, owning a three hundred head operation. He continues to raise and train ranch horses, selling a select few along the way.
